take on the spirit of the day as family, friends and co-workers join together to
have fun and help fight MS.
Forming a team is as easy as 1, 2, 3... 4
- Organize four or more people from your workplace, school, religious
organization or other group - all ages welcome!
- Choose a team captain, choose a team name, and set a fund raising
goal.
- Register your team online.
- Start collecting contributions to fight MS and to win great prizes.

company spirit gets a boost. Organizing a corporate team is a powerful way
for a company to demonstrate its involvement in the community. Employers

MS." Make a team poster the day of the walk while you are registering
